MicroD is proud to announce a new member to the MicroD family. Jay Diamond joins MicroD as the new Vice President of Sales. Jay Diamond’s experience in the home furnishings industry is well-known. As a former Vice President of Sales at Netsertive, Diamond had quick and sustained exposure to the plight of retailers in the home furnishings industry. He was instrumental in growing the team and revenue at Netsertive in addition to his leadership in the industry at large. 
Many of you have witnessed Jay’s inspiring persona during one of the furniture events like High Point or Las Vegas Market. Jay was often requested to speak at these events to help retailers understand the digital marketplace and how to navigate the changes. “One of the biggest threats to retailers is a failure to adapt to consumer behavior,” said Diamond. “Today’s shoppers with nearly unlimited access to pre-purchase information are more educated than ever before. The approach to marketing and reaching these shoppers continues to change. I’m excited by MicroD’s ability to adapt to consumer behavior and evolve products to assure that our clients are well positioned for success in today’s ever-changing digital world.”
