MicroD is excited to announce our first User Conference is official! The DRIVE Conference 2020 will be held in Charlotte, North Carolina on March 17-19.
Our company has been in the home furnishings industry for over 25 years. During that time, we’ve been in the driver’s seat of industry technology. Helping thousands of retailers and brands expand their business with technology and our services. Because we serve a unique subset of the industry, both retailers and the home furnishings manufacturers, it is important for us to share our knowledge with our clients on both sides. For years, we’ve used conferences, industry events, small roundtable performance groups and our own team to reach and educate our clients.
But we wanted to go even bigger.
“We are thrilled to host our first user conference DRIVE 2020 this upcoming spring,” said Mona Nigam, Executive Vice President at MicroD. “We have received continuous feedback from our customers and partners about hosting a user-centric, education event, which led to DRIVE’s creation. We are committed to making it an invaluable experience for everyone.”
Named the DRIVE Conference, this user conference will be the first in the company’s history. After providing websites, product visualization, digital marketing, EDI and other web technologies for the home furnishings industry for 25 years, we spoke to you, our clients of over 750+ retailers and manufacturers, about hosting this user conference.
The response was a resounding YES. And so the DRIVE Conference was born.
Our 3-day conference is going to be packed with seminars, forums, roundtable sessions, and keynotes from some of the biggest names in business and in furniture. Located in the middle of NASCAR country and at the heart of the home furnishings industry, DRIVE Conference 2020 will be focused on helping our clients drive their vision into the future. We’re not just focused on how to make 2020 a success, we want to help you drive growth for the long haul.
And because our conference will be conveniently scheduled at the end of pre-market, clients attending or planning events around High Point will find it easy to travel to Charlotte to be part of this historic and growth-driven event.
“One of the most important resources for our retailers is the shared knowledge of other home furnishings businesses in the MicroD ecosystem,” said Richard Sexton, Chief Product Officer at MicroD. “We believe this will become a must-attend event due to the presence of these industry leaders and the networking potential, in addition to hearing from thought-leaders from some greatly respected technology companies outside of our industry.”
We’ll be offering updates about speakers, events, and DRIVE Conference news through the months leading up to our March 17 kick-off in Charlotte. If you want to learn more, click here to sign up for the MicroD DRIVE Conference Newsletter.
